The Dolphin Inn Resort offers 1 and 2 bedroom suites as well as a 3 bedroom villa. The Dolphin Inn Resort units are fully equipped with all necessary linens and bath/pool towels. Guest coin operated laundry facilities are on the premises. All units have air conditioning, flat screen tvs with cable, high speed wi-fi and all kitchen essentials. All of our units are non-smoking. The Dolphin Inn Resort is located about 2 miles South of downtown Fort Myers Beach. There is a beach trolley available with multiple pickup locations, the nearest pickup location is at Matanzas Pass Preserve, about .5 miles North. A car is recommended.

and bay, and enjoy a sweep through breeze. Private deck chairs are located in front of the entrance to your room and are a perfect place to enjoy your coffee as the sun rises over the Bay.
These units offer a master bedroom with a king bed, a separate living area with full kitchen and dining table, and a front alcove with a double and single bed. The bath has a tub and shower. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 6 people. All units are professionally cleaned and sanitized before every guest arrival. This unit offers contactless check-in as you will be provided a door code
just before check-in to gain access to your unit.

guests comfortably. The cable TV provides all of your local channels as well as 10 HBO channels. All rooms are hard wired with Cat 5 ethernet and wireless internet is also available in all
rooms and throughout the common areas.
